Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on keyword research, SEO implementation, data analysis, and client management. The ideal candidate will design and implement marketing strategies, manage and enhance websites through technical SEO optimization, and draw actionable insights from performance data, all while maintaining excellent client-facing skills.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: 

Content Strategy:
  • Collaborate with AlphaGraphics centers and the HQ Digital Marketing Team to develop and implement local content strategies.
  • Drive engagement, traffic, and conversions for local AlphaGraphics centers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for web content and SEO.

Technical SEO and Content Management:
  • Conduct specific and relevant keyword research to inform content strategy and SEO efforts.
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, including meta tags, schema markup, and site structure optimization.
  • Perform regular website updates and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and brand consistency.
  • Use basic HTML for text formatting, links, image integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage content using our CMS (Content Management System).

Client Management and Soft Skills:
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for AlphaGraphics owners.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing training materials.
  • Demonstrate strong writing and editing skills.
  • Effectively interact with AlphaGraphics owners and employees, providing guidance and support for their digital marketing needs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI) to track, assess, and improve website content and SEO performance.
  • Draw insights from various data sources to inform marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Present regular performance reports to AlphaGraphics centers and internal HQ teams.
  • Use attribution modeling and conversion metrics to demonstrate the impact of SEO efforts.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with client-facing roles or customer support.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on keyword research, SEO implementation, data analysis, and client-facing roles.
  • Strong technical SEO skills, including knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, AHrefs) and web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI) for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, evolving technologies, and emerging content formats.
  • Open-minded, organized, attentive to detail, and capable of solving problems while multitasking.
  • Basic graphic design and multimedia skills are a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or SEO are also beneficial.

  • Annual base salary in the $65,000- 75,000/ year range based on experience

  • Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
